Baked potato nuggets :
Ingredients
Boil potatoes ½ kg
Butter 1tbsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Paprika 1tsp
Coriander 2tbsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Chili sauce 1tsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Soya sauce 1tbsp
Bread crumbs as required
Egg 1
Flour ½ cup
Oil 1tbsp
Method
Mix all the ingredients except flour and eggs , now give it a shape of nuggets roll in flour and dip in eggs then bake the nuggets in oven on 180 deg for 10 to 15 min and serve.
Mix sabzi achaar :
Ingredients
Lemon 4
Mustard oil ½ kg
Carrots 250gm
Green chilies 250gm
Cabbage 250gm
Curry leaves 10
Fennel 2tbsp
Onion seeds 2tbsp
Mustard 2tbsp
Coriander crushed 2tbsp
Cumin 2tbsp
Garlic crushed 2tbsp
